Stella Blu

I rented Stella Blu for the location but was thrilled with the condition of the home. It is a beautiful home that has been tastefully decorated and totally renovated. The welcome gift, owner's guidebook to Cape Charles, and live plants were special touches I hadn't expected but thoroughly enjoyed. The owners have included everything you could ever need for your vacation. The garage was awesome for storing the golf cart and beach gear. My only recommendation would be a dresser or closet in the main bedroom since the rental requirement is a week. We loved Stella Blu!

My entire group was raving about this place. We loved having so much room for our four kids and four adults. The kids particularly liked the little alcove beds in the loft, and playing in the open area in the foyer. The adults were big fans of the screen porch as a place to break for lunch during a day at the beach. We also loved the huge, well-stocked kitchen and the unbeatable location — a block from the beach and a block from shops and restaurants. The only improvements we’d like to see are a deep clean of the showers, more plastic cups for kids in the kitchen, and a place to hang clothes in the primary bedroom. Overall, it is clearly well cared for, beautifully decorated and with lots of thoughtful touches that we appreciated. We will absolutely be back!

Our Vacation got off to a Rocky start when my mom fell and needed me to meet her at the hospital before check- in. Thank you for your kindness in letting us in early and with helping unpack for my trip across the bridge. We have decades of experience with family vacations, but this was our first trip to Cape Charles. The town was a wonderful change from our usual destinations and the beach was perfect for our little ones. However, the house was my favorite. I can not recall a better out fitted kitchen. We packed light and this place took care of us. It was like a “magical house of requirement” because if we needed it , it was here.I was in my relaxed happy place drinking coffee and reading my kindle from the upper deck. The children loved the walk-in shower and the deep tub. The shower with the stool proved especially helpful for my mom. Thank you for the love that you have poured into this vacation home. We shared this beautiful home with another family (4 adults/4 children) and it was PERFECT! Comfortable accommodations, fun and classy decor and perfect gathering spot for morning & evening drinks and game nights. It was exceptionally convenient to the beach, pier and Mason St. shops.

This may be the most beautiful home Ive ever seen! Every single detail is perfection. The décor is eccentric, vibrant, interesting and classy. The colors brought me so much joy. The house was immaculately clean- a detail that our family greatly appreciates. The fresh flowers everywhere and real apples on the table just topped it off. Love the way you brought modern & vintage together. This stay was an unexpected treat. Even my “nervous to be in new places” 10 year old said it felt warm and inviting the minute she stepped in! We had an amazing stay at Stella Blu for a quick escape! We highly recommend this lovely, spacious home to all that have a large family, book clubs, board retreats and more. The fit and finish were top notch. The third-floor bunk room was a real surprise with cozy beds in the alcoves and a full bathroom making it fun for all ages. We especially enjoyed the second-floor front balcony overlooking the harbor and allowing a magnificent sunset view. We made many memories and will book the Stella Blu again!

Great weekend to enjoy the start of the holidays

This was our second year at Stella Blu and we again enjoyed our stay. Location for shopping and restaurants is prime. View could be better but is not a deal breaker. Concrete plant is noisy at times and in close proximity to the property (and view). Close to the beach which we loved. Stocked nicely (kitchen) and appreciated the fan in the primary bedroom. Furniture has definitely seen better days and very noticeable wear and tear since our last renting. Chesapeake Realty are great to work with and highly recommend them. Overall a positive experience at Stella Blu for our family of 6 adults and 5 children.

This was our first time to Cape Charles and Stella Blu was the PERFECT home for our multigenerational family vacation. It was close the beach and town,
views of the Harbor and Bay were AMAZING, multiple porches and patio provided extra living space and there was plenty of parking. Loved having a charging station in the garage. Linens seemed to be of upgraded quality and there were plenty of nice appliances plus a pantry for all the food!! We are so thankful to have had the Stella Blu experience!

Booking this gorgeous home was an easy experience and Nolan couldn't have been more helpful. The location in town was perfect - walking distance to water, beach and town and we had the best time tooling around town in our rented golf cart. The house size was perfect for the 8 of us and my three children loved having the third floor to themselves. Fully stocked and updated kitchen. We would have loved to have the screens in the windows to enjoy the breeze at night, but understood that the weather warmed up quickly the week we arrived. Feel in love with this town and look forward to visiting again.

We loved our stay at Stella Blue!! Plenty of room for three families. Most everything we needed. Kitchen is beautiful and functional. So close to all our favorite places and a short walk into town.
Would love to see a fan in the primary bedroom. Otherwise just a great place to stay and enjoy our favorite beach town.

Beautiful home situated within a short walk to the beach and downtown. We used our car only twice all week. The home comfortably served our party of 10 family members.

This house was perfect for our group of 10. Its gorgeous with plenty of space to separate. The location is perfect to walk downtown or to the beach. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful! House is located right in the heart of Cape Charles. Everything is in walking distance...Can't wait to go back!

Stella Blunis in a wonderful location close to the beach, and downtown are. We parked the car upon arrival and walked to most activities. There were several maintenance issues but the management company was responsive. Unfortunately, the powder room toilet never functioned. And the keys stuck in the locks. Overall, it is a beautiful home.

Wow!Our first visit to Cape Charles was a magical week! The house (Stella Blu) was GORGEOUS! What an incredible renovation! We love to cook and the kitchen was amazing! The master bedroom and bath were so luxurious and the attic room was just perfect for our grandchildren! The other 2 bedrooms served our adult children perfectly with a Jack and Jill bathroom that gave each side complete privacy! The location was perfect as we walked to the shops and the beach. Everything was with in a few blocks from us. We will most definitly stay here again when we visit Cape Charles! Oh and the water is just PERFECT for small children! Our grandchildren loved the freedom it gave them to walk and play in the water without Mommy and Daddy hovering over them!

Great house, fabulous location. Walk to the beach and to downtown shops. A few minor house cleaning issues, but Chesapeake Properties took care of them immediately and with a smile. Overall, the best house/location combo we have ever had.

House was all we needed. Apart from the master shower bein hot when cold and cold when hot, everything was great.

Our stay at Stella Blu was fabulous - the house is so nicely finished and has everything you could need. The kitchen is fantastic and well-stocked. The screen porch is so relaxing. Location couldn't be better - easy walk to the beach, so close to town, and close to Brown Dog ice cream! I cannot say enough good things, we had a wonderful time and will be back!
