Located in a gated community, Bay Breeze is in walking distance of Kings Creek Marina, a private beach, and a quick golf cart ride to downtown Cape Charles.
Bay Breeze offers 2 first floor bedrooms - 1 king and 1 queen, each with their own bathrooms and deck access. The Primary Suite is complete with a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a large standing shower. Up the stairs an open concept, perfect for entertaining your group with a spacious kitchen and living area that has views of the Marina and a second story deck. This floor is completed with 2 bedrooms, a queen and a double bunk room as well as a full bath. Upstairs on the third floor there are 360 degree views of the Marina Village. This is the spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail indoors or on the balcony!

We had a wonderful week in Cape Charles. Everything about Bay Breeze was great. The description was accurate, the location was great, the layout and amenities were as described, the property was clean and well-maintained. We would recommend this property for a family or group of up to 10. We initially had some issues getting connected to the Wi-Fi; but, Customer Service was quick to help us trouble shoot and resolve the problem.

This house is perfect! We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends. We found r the house to be fully equipped with everything we would need to create meals around the huge table. Everything in the home was clean and fresh. We loved walking to the beach watching the sunset. It was a sight to behold. We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect vacation home.Large living area with nice deck overlooking the marina. Lots of room for family to eat, relax, play games and dance. Bedrooms are spacious with large closets.Crows nest super cozy for happy hours or extra sleeping.Kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes and cooking pots pans ND appliances. Cute little back yard and porch too.. plenty of parking plus ping pong table.We loved it.
We have stayed in Cape Charles for four years now. It is our main Christmas gift to our kids and granddaughter. This was the first time we had stayed at Bay breeze over by the marina. The house was fabulous. Lots of space for the seven of us to sit and visit, lots of outside areas as well. Big and well stocked kitchen. Having to master bedrooms with their own bathrooms was terrific. Our only concern was a breaker that continue to trip causing us not be able to charge our golf cart, but Chesapeake Properties was quick to answer the phone and comment remedy the problem. The property owners had a ping-pong table and two bikes for us to use, which was very gracious and fun! Loved having access to a pool!We did not realize we had access to the beach area over at Bay Creek until the day before. Wish we had known sooner and also hope that golfing will also be privilege in the future with this rental.
